Also known as coated particle magnesium, it is a desulfurizer and deoxidizer used in the production of low sulfur and high-quality steel. It can be flame retardant in molten iron at 1000-1300 ℃ for no less than 15 seconds, with a desulfurization depth of S ≤ 0.001%. It is irreplaceable by other desulfurizers in improving steel quality.
Used for the production of ductile iron, it can be used in the petroleum extraction industry to restore and accelerate the drilling speed of pressure boreholes and oil wells; It is an effective dehydrator and combustion enhancer in the chemical and military industries, and also a good magnesium alloy powder metallurgy material. Common specifications: 10-80 mesh (2mm-0.18mm) (can also be produced according to user requirements) Chemical composition: Magnesium content before passivation is not less than 99.9%, and magnesium content after passivation is not less than 92% Product appearance: spherical, silver gray or gray white loose density; 0.75-1.0g/cm3 Ignition point: not less than 600 ℃ Flame retardant time: not less than 15 seconds at 1300 ℃. Natural resting angle: ≤ 30o. Passivation magnesium powder should have no foreign inclusions and may have a small amount of passivation layer powder.
